Start of mission in Iaroka: a new chapter begins
CCC has just opened a new chapter in its activities with the launch of its first field mission dedicated to chameleons in the Iaroka Forest in Madagascar. Located in the Ankeniheny–Zahamena Corridor, this forest remains largely unknown despite its ecological richness. Thanks to collaboration agreements signed with VOI Iaroka and IMPACT Madagascar, our teams can now carry out a comprehensive study and conservation programme there.

Welcome Angelinah to the CCC team!
We are delighted to introduce Dr Angelinah René De Roland, a new member of our conservation team! A Madagascan biologist and teacher-researcher at the University of Toliara, Angelinah supervises several Master 2 students as part of their research into the ecology and conservation of Madagascan fauna.

An unprecedented scientific mission for the world's largest chameleon gets under way in Vohimana
Caméléon Center Conservation (CCC) is proud to announce the launch of a ground-breaking and ambitious scientific mission in the Vohimana reserve in Madagascar. For an entire year, an international, multidisciplinary team will be closely monitoring the world's largest chameleon: Parson's Chameleon (Calumma parsonii).
