Nouvelle collaboration avec Muzoo pour la conservation du Caméléon de Parson

We are delighted to announce that MUZOO is joining our partners in protecting the Parson's Chameleon, an emblematic species of Madagascar! Their financial support will bolster our efforts in the field, while backing our ex situ programme to safeguard this exceptional reptile.

🇨🇭MUZOO now houses a young male in its vivarium, the only specimen of this species visible to the public in Switzerland. At the same time, a small exhibition highlights the dangers threatening this chameleon in its natural habitat and presents the actions we are taking to preserve it.

And this is just the beginning! In the medium term, a female chameleon will join this male as part of a programme to ensure the species' survival in European zoos. Together, we are raising public awareness of chameleon conservation issues and supporting scientific research, both in the field and in captivity.

A big thank you to MUZOO for their commitment to this mission to preserve biodiversity! 💚
