First step in the field for the conservation of the world's largest chameleon!

We have reached a crucial milestone in our project to preserve Calumma parsonii, the world's largest chameleon.

We are delighted to announce that data loggers have been installed in the Vohimana reserve in Madagascar, at the heart of the natural habitat of these incredible chameleons. These devices are carefully positioned in the trees that shelter these animals. They will collect essential data on temperature and humidity every hour for at least 12 months.

This first step marks the start of an exciting adventure to better understand and protect the Calumma parsonii. We are proud to be working with our partners and we are calling on other committed souls to join us in this mission.
