We are pleased to share the publication of our article entitled ‘How private keepers can help conserve Jackson's chameleons’, which appeared in issue 17 of the Responsible Herpetoculture Journal.
This article highlights a concrete example of the role that the private sector can play in reptile conservation, through our project to study the thermal preferences and hydro-regulatory capabilities of the Jackson's chameleon (Trioceros jacksonii).

At Chameleon Center Conservation, we firmly believe that combining in-situ and ex-situ efforts, and collaboration between individuals, scientists and zoological institutions, is essential to maximise the impact of our actions.
Thank you to all our partners who are making this project possible!
